Easy Cheesy Popovers


1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (real thing, not the green can stuff)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped parsley/basil (optional)
1 tsp baking powder


Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Fill muffin greased muffin tins. Fill to 3/4 full.

Bake for @ 325 degrees
for 30 mins.

DO NOT OPEN OVEN TO PEEK. It will deflate the popovers!
